We obtain our clients’ approval for the design to be produced via 2D mock-ups before beginning the printing process. Customers are expected to thoroughly review the design specifics before providing permission to our packaging staff. Once we receive the approved design from the consumers, our staff instantly send it to the printing department, and the printing process begins.
The printing method and the inks used during the printing process might alter the final color of the artwork. By placing your purchase and giving the Wax Paper Store staff approval on the design, you acknowledge that the firm is not liable for any color variations.
Wax Paper Store will not provide any reprinting in case of color variation due to the limitations of the process, the limitation of the submitted design, or the format of the design file (PSD).
There is a waiting period of 4 hours after placing an order before the production process begins. During these 4 hours, customers can request order cancellation. If a cancellation request is made after 4 hours, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted due to changes or interruptions in the production workflow.
Order cancellation is not allowed once the products have been delivered. Wax Paper Store will not be responsible for any delays caused by unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control, including courier or shipping delays.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order, whether due to delivery delays or any other reason, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. This is because once an order is approved, our printing, designing, and manufacturing processes begin immediately, and resources are already utilized.
We do our best to supply the product in the precise quantity requested by the client; nevertheless, it is recommended that you order 10% more than the needed number of products to minimize any inconvenience due to the possibility of 5% overruns and underruns.
