How Do We Make Custom Paper Food Trays?

  • After that the pulp is put into specialized molds. These molds come in various shapes. We use vacuum systems so that the excess water is drawn out. And the pulp is evenly distributed in the mold to form the tray shape.
  • The molded paper trays are dried using air or heat drying something. This prevents mold growth.
  • After that the tray goes to a finishing process in which we trim it for smooth edges.
  • Then it is printed by our high-tech printing machines with your provided design.
  • Each tray is inspected for defects and strength. Trays that meet quality standards are packed and prepared for shipment.
