If you get a faulty product, please tell us within two business days so that we may swiftly fix the issue. To qualify for a reprint, please return the order to us by mail within 10 days after receiving it. We will handle the reprint after receiving and inspecting the returned goods, which normally takes around 10 business days for large orders
Expedited reprints are available upon request for an extra cost.
Non-defective products can be returned within 10 days after delivery as long as they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please keep in mind that any reprints or replacements for non-defective items will be paid for by the buyer.
Regarding returns, Wax Papers Storeprovides partial reimbursements of the product price for returned products. We keep 99% of the product price due to the unique nature of our items, since the order production process begins only after customer approval. As a result, we can not offer complete refunds or compensation for purchases after delivery.
